Applications are not found on this website. An application will not be accepted by RE100LC until after the prospective tenant, or their representative, has viewed the interior of the unit. Applications may be picked up at RE100LC when the units are viewed. It is RE100LC company policy that at the designated showing appointment time we all meet at the RE100LC office. We ask that if the unit is available "NOW" that you first drive by the unit to check out the neighborhood setting, parking and such prior to setting your interior viewing appointment.

Security Deposits are always equal to the unit's monthly rental amount. At times we may sometimes request an additional deposit towards the last month's rent to enable us to rent to you rather than reject your application. An Application Charge of $35.00 is collected for each adult occupant over the age of 18 at the time of application submission.

Gleneden Beach - Unbelievably close to the beach and in a beachy triplex complex that offers character with it's "A Frame" style gables and it's triple palm tree at the driveway entrance. This set of units offers Coin-op Laundry on site. A cozy unit, some would argue is a one bedroom. In reality the sleeping loft of about 65 sq ft is up under the eaves and lacks a closet. So technically not a bedroom. In reality it has it's distinct private space away from the living area. There is a closet at the base of the stairs to the loft, however.
