Applications are not found on this website. An application will not be accepted by RE100LC until after the prospective tenant, or their representative, has viewed the interior of the unit. Applications may be picked up at RE100LC when the units are viewed. It is RE100LC company policy that at the designated showing appointment time we all meet at the RE100LC office.

Security Deposits are always equal to the unit's monthly rental amount. At times we may sometimes request an additional deposit towards the last month's rent to enable us to rent to you rather than reject your application. An Application Charge of $35.00 is collected for each adult occupant over the age of 18 at the time of application submission.
